In 2023, the number of students admitted to world-renowned universities also made a new high record. The Architecture department alone has over 10 graduates being accepted into prestigious universities like Harvard University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of London.

According to Tunghai University President Kuo-En Chang, the MOE Teaching Practice Research Program has been a highly competitive initiative aimed at helping university faculty enhance their teaching abilities and assisting students in acquiring knowledge. He attributed Tunghai's success to the university's long-standing commitment to improving educational quality, incubating excellent students, and the dedication of the entire faculty. In 2023, Tunghai was approved of a total of 32 projects, once again showcasing the university's efforts in student education and its robust research and teaching capabilities.
